Creating an Account

To open a new account with us, follow these steps:

  1. Visit our Sign Up page.
  2. Enter your personal details, including full name, email, and phone number.
  3. Choose a strong password.
  4. Complete the identity verification process.
  5. Agree to the terms and submit your application.

Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to access your account.

Updating Profile Information

You can update your personal details, such as phone number, email, or mailing address, through the online banking portal:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Profile Information.
  3. Edit the necessary details and save changes.

For security reasons, some updates may require additional verification.

Changing Your Password

If you need to reset or change your password:

  1. Go to the Forgot Password page if you cannot log in.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password securely.
  3. If logged in, navigate to Settings > Security to update your password.

We recommend using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.

Managing Account Settings

Customize your banking experience by adjusting account settings:

  • Enable or disable notifications for transactions and security alerts.
  • Set up account recovery options.
  • Manage linked payment methods and automatic payments.

You can access these options under Settings > Account Preferences.

Closing Your Account

If you wish to close your account:

  1. Ensure all pending transactions are completed.
  2. Withdraw any remaining funds.
  3. Contact our support team to request account closure.

Note: Some accounts may have closure restrictions based on contractual agreements.
